If, after the 4 sessions, you decide it’s not for you: no problem. You’ll still take away your totally personalised workout and plan.

Here’s what to expect (for just £28):

Session 1 – Getting to know you

This session is all about getting to know you and using this as the foundation for your personalised plan. To make a plan/workout that’s right for you, I need to know what you want. This first session isn’t a workout; this one is all about laying the ground work.

We’ll discuss what you’ve previously done and what you do now (don’t worry if that’s not very much or nothing at all!).

We’ll talk about what your motivators are and any injuries or ailments you have – and any time pressures and life factors that will dictate when and how you can exercise – this is all about developing a plan that works for YOU. We’ll also chat about diet and sleep patterns.

And finally, you’ll have a bit of homework to complete for the next session. Don’t worry, it’s not algebra.

Session 2 – Movement assessment

The first session gave us the information on where you are now and where you want to get to. This session is all about finding out how you move and what areas to work on.

We will go through movement patterns to establish which areas are strong and any imbalances or weaknesses not seen to casual eye to show us which areas we need to focus on. This means we can create a specific workout designed for you to make sure we move forward to your goals in our training without injury.

This also means we give you workouts that will produce results rather than a workout that might feel challenging – but ultimately wasn’t designed for you.

We’ll also take weight and measurements as a starting point during this session.

Sessions 3 and 4 – Full workouts

Now we’re on to the fun stuff!

These two sessions are full workouts – designed specifically for you based on the knowledge gained from the first two sessions and taking all factors into consideration.

Designed for you, working with your nutrition, sleep and exercise – I’ll develop the appropriate plan to get to your goals, with direction, and without risk of injury.

These sessions should give you a really good taster of what we can achieve together!
